Doach Life is a brand operated by 7 Hanna Holdings LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. The terms “Doach Life,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 7 Hanna Holdings LLC, doing business as Doach Life.

We operate this store and website, including the related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you visit or use the Services, make a purchase, create an account, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Doach Life.

If you visit the Services with a recognized Global Privacy Control signal enabled, we will process that signal as an opt-out request where required by applicable law and technically supported.

Other than recognized legally required opt-out signals, we do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because no uniform industry standard governs those signals.

RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services to host the store, process transactions, provide ecommerce functionality, prevent fraud, and provide and improve Shopify services.

Information submitted through the Services is transmitted to Shopify and may be shared with service providers located in countries other than your country of residence.

We may use Shopify features that incorporate information obtained from your interactions with our store, Shopify, and other Shopify merchants. Shopify may be responsible for processing personal information when it uses information to provide these enhanced services.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

You are not required to create a new account to submit a privacy request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

PRIVACY APPEALS

Where applicable, if we decline to act on a privacy request, you may appeal by emailing admin@doachlife.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.

Include sufficient information for us to identify the original request and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will review and respond within the period required by applicable law.

COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.
